Family members often struggle with decisions regarding memory care. There is no downside to placing a senior with dementia in a facility too soon, however there are many consequences of waiting too long.

24/7 care because of mild cognitive impairment. I am leaving in a few days & observing before I go. She is supposed to get 3 hour break during course of day. Dad is easy and sleeps thru night. She appears to be taking longer breaks & running a business on the phone. Is this normal? What should I say or do?
